Statement of Faith

We believe in God, our Father; in His Son, Jesus Christ, our Savior; and in the Holy Spirit, our Counselor. We believe that these three exist eternally as three persons in one — a holy trinity. We believe that salvation by grace, through faith, in Jesus Christ is available as a free gift apart from works. (Eph 2:8-9)

Sufficiency of Scripture

We believe the Bible is God’s Word and the final authority in all matters of faith and practice. We believe the 66 books of the Bible are divinely inspired and inerrant in all matters.

Biblical Manhood  & Womanhood and the Importance of Children

We believe there are biblical principles and clearly defined roles that govern Christian families and the role of each family member in the home ( I Corinthians 16:13-14; I Kings 2:1-3; Proverbs 31, 12:4; Titus 2:3-5; I Tim 5:14).

We believe God created, prioritizes, and deeply values marriage as the one earthly relationship of prominence second only to that with Himself. We believe a woman was created to be the ezer kenegedo to a man—the one who does for him what he cannot do for himself—a needed and treasured partner, helpmeet, companion, encourager, confidante, and lover. (Gen 2:18)

We  believe husbands and wives carry weighty responsibilities to one another and to God in a covenant relationship meant to last a lifetime.

We believe children are a gift from God and are to be treasured and cared for with the utmost of value.

Primacy of Family

We believe God has established the family unit as a key tool  for spreading the Gospel.  We reject our culture’s view of the traditional family as an antiquated, out-dated structure and instead we see the family as the last hope (short of Jesus coming) for America and indeed the world.

Biblical Worldview

We believe that Christianity is more than a religion; it is a way of life, a philosophy, a world view.  We are to think biblically about every aspect of our lives.

Biblical Community

We believe the Church is not a building, but a community of believers.  As such, we are to live in fellowship and community with each other.  The fellowship of believers in the local church is of paramount importance for growing in Christ for believers — and for expanding the Gospel to those who need to hear it.

Grace

We believe God delights to show mercy to us as His children. We will never be perfect, but by God’s grace, we will be better tomorrow than we are today.  Mic 7:18

Our Mission

Using the word of God as the foundation, to provide a forum, to engage and equip Christian families according to biblical mandates so as to help us revive the family as God intended for His Glory.  Our goal is to create a community seeking to honor God with their families.
